Why not just use a USB drive on my TV?

A USB drive works fine if your offer almost never changes. What happens to my screens when moving from Essential to Pro or Enterprise?

All your linked screens remain connected. If you move from Essential to Pro, the limit automatically increases from 3 to 10 and extra screens are activated without reconfiguration. For Enterprise, the limit is set to the number of locations and screens you contract.

Will I lose content I already published?

No. Your library, active promos, and AI-generated art remain exactly the same. Only what you can create new changes: more image generations per month, video support, and a higher screen limit.

What happens to my publishing history?

Your scheduling and playback history is preserved. It does not reset when you change plans, so you can keep reusing campaigns, duplicating promos, and checking analytics without interruption.

Can I downgrade or cancel later?

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan from Settings → Plan and billing. If you downgrade from Pro to Essential and have more than 3 screens, you’ll need to deactivate extras or add them as additional screens.

Is the upgrade payment prorated?

Yes. When you upgrade, you only pay the proportional difference until the end of your billing cycle. The new limit activates immediately. If you pay yearly, the renewal date is adjusted with the prorated value.
